People who believe in get-rich-quick.

I head up a software company that enables people to do wonderful things online. We once had a lady who wrote us and asked for a refund. Why?

Is it really that easy? "I thought that all I would have to do is enter the key word that my site was about and your software would build an entire, wonderful site that would make money for me."

We replied...

"Um, if we could do that, why would we need YOU? We'd enter a keyword for every travel destination in the world and after we owned 'tourism online' we'd move to dominate other industries."

That lady was not ready to work to develop a clever idea, such as you are doing. Heck, she was not ready to work to better her life, period. She is doomed to a life of disappointment, seeking the next great Get-Rich-Quick scheme that sounds convincing.

That lady was looking at the wrong monitor. The TV is in the living room. She'd be happier there, in the long run.

That's my pet peeve.
