My profession is customer service, and there are two things that suck:

1. Bosses and co-workers that don't have an understanding of how important a customer is to a company.
2. Customers who think that the mere fact that they can dial a customer service phone number gives them the go-ahead to verbally abuse the poor soul who is at the other side... here's one particularly bad example: The Customer is always right?
